Adobe Photoshop is a raster-based image editing software. It is the one of the most predominant photo editing and manipulation software in the market. Its full-featured editing of large batches of photos to creating intricate digital paintings and drawings that mimic those done by hand. It’s widely used by artists, photographers, video communicators, web designers, and teachers. In our daily life we have seen the Photoshop being used for posters, CD covers, for the internet, book covers, etc. We’ll be using the latest version Photoshop CC (Creative Cloud) to show you Photoshop’s features. If you’re using an older version of Photoshop—like Photoshop CS6 or earlier—some features may work a bit differently, but you should still be able to follow along.
